Finely chop the meat and season with a mixture of garlic powder, salt, pepper and olive oil. Put the pork in a bowl and add whiskey and white wine. Prepare the marinade in the evening and the next day drain the meat from the mixture.
Heat olive oil in a pan, roll the meat in flour and fry on both sides. Drain and set the fillet aside. Add the flour to the fat and dilute it with the rest of the marinade.
Pour the broth and stir the sauce until it thickens. Add the fillet and cover with a lid. Stew the dish for 10-15 minutes on low heat, divide into portions and serve.
