Necessary products:
800 g fillet (4 pieces)
60 g butter
1 tbsp oil
125 ml dry white wine
2 s. l. brandy
2 tablespoons pink pepper
125 ml sour cream
meat broth
Method of preparation:
Melt the butter in a pan, add the oil to it and fry the steaks (determine the time according to your preferences for the meat). Remove from the pan, close in a bowl and keep warm.
Pour the wine and brandy into the pan and leave on the stove for about 4 minutes or until half of the liquid has evaporated. Add the broth and wait for it to evaporate again. You should get about 125 ml of sauce.
Mix the pink pepper (ground) with the sauce and cream and cook until the mixture thickens.
Put the meat in warm plates, pour the sauce and serve with lettuce.
