How to cook pork kidneys step by step instructions with photos

Step 1

 

For work, we need pork kidneys (500 grams), water, salt (3 tsp), colander, saucepan, skimmer.

Step 2

 

The kidneys should be washed well. Pour water (2 l), add salt (3 tsp). Soak for 3 hours at room temperature.

Step 3

 

Rinse the kidneys. Dip in a pot of boiling water (2 liters) and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

 

The water must be drained, and the kidneys should be rinsed well. Repeat the same procedure 3 times. Remember that each time the kidneys should be laid out in boiling water.

Step 5

 

For the fourth time, put the kidneys in boiling water and let them cook for 30-40 minutes. Periodically, with a slotted spoon, remove the foam. At the end, add salt (0.5 tsp) to the water.

Step 6

 

The readiness of the kidneys is simply checked by piercing them with a wooden skewer. It should easily enter the kidneys. Boiled kidneys are ready.
