Required products (for 2 servings) :

2 pieces of pork fillet about 2.5-3 cm thick
2-4 strips of bacon
salt and ground black pepper to taste
olive oil or other vegetable oil

Method of preparation :

Place the oven rack 11-13 cm high from the bottom. Turn on the oven to the "grill" function at a temperature of 250 degrees.

 

Dry the fillet well with paper, grease the surface with oil or olive oil and sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Wrap the meat with strips of bacon, which fasten with toothpicks.

Put the "medallions" in the pan, you can use foil if you prefer.

 

Let cook for 8 minutes. Then turn to the other side and let the meat cook for another 5 minutes.
