How To Cook Pork Medallions With Sauteed Pears In Milk Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 pears
  • 1 kg of pork bon fillet
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon chicken broth
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 150 milliliters of liquid cooking cream
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 1 sprig of fresh thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel and clean the pears. Cut them into quarters.

 

Melt the butter in a pan and saute the fruit.

 

Clean the meat from the veins and cut it into pieces. Season them with salt, pepper and roll in flour.

 

Drain and arrange the pears on a plate and fry the pork in the same fat. Drain and arrange in another bowl.

 

Dilute the butter with a mixture of cider and chicken broth, stir and after boiling strain through a metal strainer.

 

Mix the sauce with the cream, pour into another bowl and cook over low heat.

 

Add the meat, pears and chopped fresh spices.

 

Season the dish with salt and pepper and after 10-15 minutes spread on a plate. Serve and eat.
