Method of preparation :
Cut the meat into portions, pound it lightly and season to taste.
Wash, chop and fry the mushrooms.
Boil the beans for 40 minutes, before which you need to soak in water overnight.
Grate the carrots coarsely.
Spread a little of the carrots, beans, mushrooms on each piece of pork and pour mayonnaise over it.
Fold the meat in half and arrange in a pan.
Bake for 40 minutes in the oven at medium temperature.
