How To Cook Pork Ribs With Fresh, Sauerkraut And Prunes - Recipe

Required products :

400 grams of pork ribs
500 grams of fresh cabbage
400 grams of sauerkraut
1 onion
1 carrot
150 grams of prunes, pitted
salt, coriander, bay leaves and ground black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the ribs into portions.

 

Fry them until golden, stirring constantly (about 10-15 minutes).

 

Once a beautiful crust forms on their surface, add the chopped onion.

 

 

Once it turns golden, pour the grated carrots. Season with black pepper and salt, add 2-3 bay leaves and a pinch of ground coriander if desired.

 

When the carrots soften, add the chopped sauerkraut, stir and close the pan with a lid.

 

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the fresh cabbage. Once the above time has elapsed, put the vegetables in the bowl and let the products simmer. It takes them about an hour and a half to be completely ready.

 



Finally, add the prunes, pitted, stir and 15 minutes later remove from the heat.
