Required products :

600-800 grams of pork fillet
200-300 grams of yellow cheese
pitted prunes according to the number of strips of meat
salt and pepper to taste (you can use other spices)

frying oil and flour to thicken the sauce

Method of preparation :

Cut the fillet into thin long pieces and hammer. Season with salt and ground black pepper on both sides.
Grate the cheese or cut it into thin strips.
Prunes should be juicy. If they are too dry, fill them with boiling water and let them stay in it for a while to soften.
