Required products :
1 kg of pork
200 grams of prunes
100 grams of walnuts
egg
breadcrumbs
salt
pepper
oil
Method of preparation :
Grind the walnuts.
Cut the prunes into small pieces.
Mix the two products in a bowl.
Cut the meat into pieces about 1/2 centimeter thick.
Put a little of the stuffing on each one.
Form rolls that you attach with toothpicks.
Beat the egg in a suitable bowl.
Season with salt and pepper.
Dip the rolls.
Then roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil for about 15 minutes.
Cut into pieces and serve hot or warm.
