Necessary products:
1-2 pork shanks
0.5 cup (maximum) soy sauce
0.5 glass (not more) dark beer
Method of preparation:
Mix equal parts beer and soy sauce (the amount can be changed depending on the size of the shanks). Put the shanks in a bowl, pour the marinade, close with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for 6 hours. During this time, periodically turn the shanks to soak on all sides.
When you take them out of the fridge after 6 hours, they should be well watered and brown. Wrap in several layers of foil (like candy), make a small incision on top through which to evaporate the liquid. Pour the marinade into the resulting "candy". Make a "hat" from a sheet of foil, place it on the shank and place in the oven at 170 degrees. After 40 minutes, remove the cap and bake for another 10 minutes.
