How To Cook Pork Tongue With Zucchini, Tomatoes And Yellow Cheese In Batter - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 boiled pork tongue
  • 1 grilled zucchini
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 150-200 grams of yellow cheese
  • 250 grams of puff pastry

For topping:

  • 3-4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • dill and salt


Method of preparation :

Roll out the dough thinly and cover the bottom and walls of the pan with it.

 

Boil the tongue, cut it into thin pieces. Zucchini, cut into circles, roast in a grill pan. Arrange the two products on the puff pastry base, alternating them and overlapping slightly.

 

Make a topping of sour cream, to which add horseradish sauce, chopped garlic and dill.

 

Smear the zucchini and tongue with it.

 

Next are the tomatoes, turned into small cubes.

 

Cheese.
