Necessary products:

 

  • 1 teaspoon rice
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 500 grams of pork, cut into cubes
  • 5 grams of black pepper
  • 5 grams of cumin
  • 2 links fresh dock
  • 200 grams of mushrooms of your choice, finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 teaspoons water
  • 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 3-4 stalks of fresh mint

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, bring to a boil and scald the dock. Drain, cool and chop finely. In another bowl, pour and heat the oil. Fry onions, mushrooms, add dock and season with salt.

Stir, pour in the rice, meat and season with pepper and cumin. Pour the water and simmer until low. Serve the dish warm, garnished with finely chopped mint. Optionally add yogurt.
