Required products :
500 grams of pork (fillet)
200 milliliters of freshly squeezed orange juice
pepper and salt to taste
2-3 cloves of garlic

Method of preparation :
Wash the meat under running water and cut it into pieces in the direction of the fibers with a thickness of 1.5-2 centimeters.
Fry them for 3-4 minutes on each side, then remove to a plate and cover with foil.
In the same pan in which you cooked the meat, fry the finely chopped garlic for about a minute. Pour the orange juice and let it boil. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, then pour over the pork and serve.
