Learn how to cook "Pork with potatoes, mushrooms and tomato sauce in a casserole". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of pork
400 grams of mushrooms
500 grams of potatoes
3 onions
2 carrots
500 milliliters of tomato juice
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons cream
oil
left
pepper
Method of preparation :
Wash the mushrooms, add salt and pepper, pour lemon juice over them. Leave to marinate for 10 - 20 minutes. Peel the potatoes, cut them into medium cubes. Fry them in oil until golden brown (don't forget to add salt). Cut the meat into cubes the same size as the potatoes, fry until semi-finished.
Make the sauce. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion until golden. Add the grated carrots, fry them as well. Pour the tomato juice, stew everything and finally add the cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Take the pots. At the bottom of each put potatoes, then pieces of meat, marinated mushrooms and pour the sauce.
Put the pots in the oven for about 30 minutes.
