Method of preparation :

Cut the meat into large pieces, season with salt and spices of your choice and leave it for a few hours to absorb the aromas. Then fry it in hot oil until it turns red. Transfer to another container - glass.

Drain the liquid from the sauerkraut, fill it with water and bring to a boil until soft (to soften).

Cut one onion into slices and fry in the pan in which you fried the meat. When done, add the red pepper, chopped garlic and cumin. Stir and let the aromas absorb, but do not allow the pepper to fry. Pour a little (50-70 ml) of cabbage juice.

Pour the prepared onion over the meat and place the dish in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for 1 hour with the lid closed. You do not need to pour another liquid, the one with onions is enough.

While the meat is cooking, work on the cabbage. It is already cooked. Drain the water and cut it.

Cut the remaining onion and stew it in oil, sprinkle with sugar. Then add the cabbage to it, add salt and pepper to taste. Close the pan with a lid and leave on the stove until the cabbage is fully cooked. If necessary, pour the cabbage broth.

Dissolve the flour in water, add the cream. Pour the sauce over the cabbage and stew for 2-3 minutes.

Remove the prepared meat from the oven and mix it with the cabbage. Season with salt, pepper, add marjoram, parsley, adjust the sour and sweet taste of the dish according to your preferences. Put everything in the oven for another 10 minutes. That is all.

Enjoy your meal!
