How To Cook Potato Baskets With Quinoa, Mushrooms And Smoked Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

3 potatoes
4 tablespoons quinoa
80 grams mushrooms
1/2 onion
100 grams smoked cheese
6 tablespoons sour cream
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil
pepper
salt

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the quinoa, boil in salted water until done. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions, fry them together in 2 tablespoons of hot oil and once soft, add the beans.

 

In another bowl, beat the egg with the sour cream and put half of the grated smoked cheese. Add salt to taste and stir.

 

Grease cupcake tins with oil and arrange potato circles in them to cover the bottom and walls of the dishes. In the middle of the original flowers put the cream-egg filling, add the combination of mushrooms and quinoa, then sprinkle with the remaining grated smoked cheese.

 

 

Bake the baskets with the delicious filling for about 30 minutes and the degrees should be 200.
