Learn how to cook "Potato bowls with seafood, cream sauce with wine and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 4 potatoes
  • 50 grams of cleaned and boiled shrimp
  • 150 grams of midi
  • 150 milliliters of high-fat cooking cream
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese (hard type)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 bunch dill
  • salt and sweet red pepper for sprinkling
  • lemon slices for decoration
  • olive oil
  • a little white wine on request

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes without peeling them (choose an elongated variety that does not boil).

Then cool, peel and cut in half. Cut part of the rounded edges to get stable "bowls", carve the inside.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the crushed garlic cloves until golden brown. Then take them out and put the mussels and shrimps.

Add salt to taste, 1-2 minutes later add the chopped dill and remove the pan from the heat.

Make a sauce by mixing the cream with the wine, if you will use, and the grated yellow cheese. Add salt if you deem it necessary.

Pour the mixture over the seafood and stir.

Coat the inside of the potato "bowls" with olive oil and fill them with the combination you have prepared.

Arrange the potatoes in a pan and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes (the surface should turn red).

Serve hot, sprinkled with paprika and garnished with lemon slices and parsley leaves.

Enjoy your meal!
