How To Cook Potato Casserole With Yellow Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Necessary products for 4 servings:

6 medium potatoes

2 eggs

2 cloves garlic

3-4 s. l. mayonnaise

100 grams of yellow cheese

1 tablespoon dried dill (or other green spice you prefer)

salt and pepper to taste

The specified quantity of products is not strictly mandatory, it can be changed, depending on your preferences.

Method of preparation:

Grate the yellow cheese and garlic on a fine grater. Mix half of the yellow cheese with the 1st egg and dill (with this mixture you will cover the casserole to form a golden crust).

Mix the other egg and the remaining yellow cheese with the garlic and mayonnaise. Then grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and add to the prepared mixture with mayonnaise. Season with pepper and salt.

Pour all this into a baking dish with a diameter of 26 cm and spread the combination of egg, cheese and dill, which you prepared at the beginning.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. A golden coating should form.

This dish can also be served as a side dish. It is extremely tasty if you use minced meat or mushrooms for the filling.
