How To Cook Potato Dough Breads With Fresh Milk (Kneaded In A Bakery) - Recipe

Required products :

300 milliliters of fresh milk (you can replace with water, whey or potato decoction)
2 teaspoons yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1.5 teaspoons salt
400 grams wheat flour
5 tablespoons mashed potatoes (soluble, for quick cooking)
1.5 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method of preparation :

Heat the milk, sift the flour. Then place the products in the baking dish according to the sequence specified by the appliance manufacturer (Dough mode for 2 hours and 20 minutes).
Divide the finished dough into equal pieces (in this case 14) and shape them into balls.

 


Leave to rise for about 30-40 minutes and smear their surface with egg yolk.


Bake the breads in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 25-35 minutes. When removed, cover with a towel.
