Required products :
For the stuffing:
3 onions
300 grams of ham (or cooked sausage of your choice)
oil
spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them until puree. Add the egg yolks and salt. When cool, pour the flour and grated cheese, add spices to taste (or add to the filling). Knead the dough and shape it into a sausage.
Cut the ham (into cubes) and onion (into small pieces), fry them in oil.
Cut the potato sausage into thick pieces, make a recess in each of them, put the stuffing and form balls. Boil them in salted water.
