Required products :

  • 8 potatoes
  • 1 cube of fresh yeast (42 grams)
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 125 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 30%
  • 1 liter of fresh milk with a fat content of 3.2%
  • butter or oil to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast in half of the milk (at room temperature). Then add the flour (sift it in advance), mix thoroughly and cover with a towel. Leave in a dry and warm place (there should be no drafts).

Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water until fully cooked and grate them while they are still hot. Add the butter and cream, mix until smooth.

When the dough rises, mix it with the potato mass and the beaten eggs (with salt).

Mix everything well and add the remaining milk, pouring it in a thin stream.

Leave the dough to rise again and bake pancakes from it in a greased pan.

Serve them hot with fresh salad.
