How To Cook Potato Lasagna With Minced Meat And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Potato lasagna with minced meat and cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

5 medium potatoes
1 medium carrot
200 milliliters of milk
2 eggs
6 tablespoons flour
400 grams minced meat of choice
1 onion
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic
salt and ground black pepper to taste
other spices of your choice and to taste
300 grams of cottage cheese
200 grams of cheese
200 grams of yellow cheese
100 grams of sour cream

Method of preparation :

Cut onions and garlic, fry them until golden. Also fry the minced meat until browned. Grate carrots and potatoes using a fine grater. Add carrots and onions to the bowl with the minced meat, add the spices and pour the tomato sauce. Close the pan with a lid and let everything simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, periodically pouring a little water so as not to burn the mixture. Five minutes before removing from the heat, add green spices of your choice (parsley, green onions or other).

Pour the slightly warmed milk over the potatoes, then the eggs and stir. Gradually add the flour, stirring to avoid lumps. Season to taste.

Heat a frying pan, grease the bottom with oil and bake potato pancakes, pouring 1 ladle of the mixture (the layer should be thin and even). Put the finished pancakes in a bowl under a lid to keep them warm.

Make cream cheese by mixing the curd with sour cream and grated cheese.

It's time to assemble the lasagna. Put 1-2 pancakes on the bottom of a suitable form, spread them with cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Followed by minced meat with vegetables and again a layer of potatoes. Continue in the same sequence until the products are exhausted. Finish with two pancakes, the last sprinkle generously with yellow cheese.

Place the dish in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees until the cheese is melted.

Enjoy your meal!
