Required products :
1 kg of mashed potatoes
50 grams of yellow cheese
parsley
green onion
salt and other spices of your choice
frying oil
Method of preparation :
Finely chop the parsley and green onions. Grate the yellow cheese on a coarse grater. Mix these products. Then place a small amount of mashed potatoes on your palm, forming a flattened loaf. In the middle put the green spices and yellow cheese. "Close" the puree, forming meatballs, the filling should not be visible. If you can't "hide" it, use more potatoes. Fry the meatballs until golden brown on both sides in hot oil.
Serve the dish cold with fresh vegetables.
