Required products :
500 grams of potatoes
200 grams of cheese
100 grams of butter
1.5 teaspoons flour
1 egg for the dough + 1 beaten for spreading

Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes and boil them without adding salt. When cool, grind them together with the cheese and butter (or just mash), then add the egg and flour. Choose spices according to your preferences (for example: dried onions, garlic, pieces of pepper - a matter of taste).
Cover the bottom of the pan with baking paper and pour the dough. Level the surface with wet hands, the thickness of the layer should be about 2 - 2.5 cm. Cut into squares or whatever pieces you want, immersing the knife constantly in water. Spread with beaten egg.
Place in a preheated oven for about 35 - 40 minutes at 180 - 200 degrees. When the potatoes turn red, they are ready.
Grease the pie with butter if desired.
