Boil the potatoes without peeling them. Then peel and mash with a press. Thaw the dough. Cut the onion into thin circles, mix it with the potatoes, add the grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, chopped parsley, add spices to taste.
Grease the bottom of the pan with oil. Roll out the dough (thin layer) and cut it into squares measuring 10 x 10 cm. In the middle of each put a spoonful of potato filling and shape into triangles or give whatever shape you want to the pies. Coat their surface with beaten egg yolk and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
