Peel the carrots, then grate them with a large grater. Stew them in a small amount of water, butter and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
Add salt, cool and mix with the curd. Then beat one raw egg in the mixture, pour half of the flour, the remaining sugar and stir. Of course, you could prepare the stuffing only from carrots, without the other additives.
Boil the pre-peeled and cut into large pieces potatoes. After draining the water, mash them while they are still hot. Add the second raw and both boiled and grated eggs, parsley, remaining flour, pepper and mix everything quickly.
Spread the potato mass on a wet cloth, the layer should not be thicker than 1.5-2 centimeters. Put the carrot stuffing in the middle of the base and make a roll, tightly joining the edges of the potato pan, using a towel.
Transfer the roll with the "seam" down into a greased pan, the bottom of which is previously covered with a sheet of parchment. Spread the surface with the cream mixed with the second raw egg. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and sprinkle with melted butter.
Punch the roll in several places, then place in the oven (preheated to 200 degrees) for 20-30 minutes.
When the dish acquires a golden hue, cut into portions and enjoy its taste.
