How To Cook Potato Salad With Carrots, Celery And Cashews - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • celery stalk
  • green onion feather
  • 100 grams of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • a handful of porridge

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut the potatoes into large pieces.

 

Boil them (but not too much) and drain the water.

 

Meanwhile, grate the carrots.

 

Finely chop the green onions and celery.

 

Make a salad dressing by adding the curry and salt to the yoghurt.

 

In a large bowl, mix the chilled potatoes with the carrots and celery. Drizzle with the milk sauce and stir.

 

Sprinkle with chopped green onions, cashews and the salad is ready to serve.

 

Serve chilled.
