How To Cook Potato Salad With Smoked Mackerel And Apples - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2-3 medium potatoes (about 350 grams)
  • 180 - 200 grams of smoked mackerel (can be replaced with canned)
  • 1 fresh cucumber (about 100 grams)
  • 1 sour or sweet and sour apple (about 100 grams)
  • connection green onions
  • 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 0.5-1 tablespoon lemon juice (judge according to the taste of the apple)
  • a pinch of sugar
  • left
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes until ready, peel them and cut into cubes. Cut the fish into pieces.

Peel an apple and cut it into small cubes and sprinkle with a little lemon juice, and just cut the cucumber again into cubes.

Mix the oil and lemon juice, add a pinch of sugar, salt and ground black pepper, mix well.

Instead of the resulting sauce, you can use mayonnaise.

Pour the potatoes into a suitable bowl / salad bowl, add the fish, apple, cucumber and pour the sauce. Stir the salad thoroughly, being careful not to mash the potatoes.

Sprinkle with uncut green onions or other green spice.
