How To Cook Potato Salad With Vegetables And Smoked Mackerel - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Potato salad with vegetables and smoked mackerel". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 100 grams of canned peas
  • 100 grams of sweet canned corn
  • a few finely chopped pickles
  • a few boiled and finely chopped carrots
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • a few sprigs of fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 200 grams of smoked mackerel, cut into pieces

Method of preparation:

Boil the potatoes, cool them in ice water and peel them. Cut them into cubes, put them in a bowl and add peas, carrots, corn and pickles.

Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, chopped dill, mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard. Stir gently and add the fish. Garnish with halved eggs, cool and serve.
