How To Cook Potato Soup With Lots Of Garlic, Egg And Croutons - Recipe

Required products :

3-5 potatoes
10 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon lard
1 tablespoon marjoram
1 egg
salt to taste
2 teaspoons croutons (best prepare homemade)
1.5 liters of water or broth of your choice

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes. Finely chop the garlic. Fry the potatoes until golden in the hot mixture of butter and lard on low heat for about 2-3 minutes, stirring. Add half the garlic.

 
Pour the hot broth or water and leave on the stove until the potatoes are soft.

 

Then season with marjoram and salt to taste and turn off the heat.

 
Add the remaining garlic to the soup and the beaten egg, pouring it in a thin stream.

 

Stir vigorously, the egg should not be boiled, but to obtain bran.

 
Close the container with a lid and leave for 5 minutes.
Put croutons on the bottom of a suitable bowl.

 

Drizzle with hot aromatic soup and serve.
