How To Cook Potato Soup With Melted Cheese And Noodles - Recipe

Required products :

  • 180 grams of melted cheese
  • 50-100 grams of noodles
  • 2 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1-2 onions
  • teaspoons oil or 25 grams of butter
  • black pepper, green spices and salt
  • 2 liters of water

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the melted cheese finely.

 

Pour the water into a saucepan and place on the stove to boil. Once this is done, put the melted cheese in it and stir until it melts (about 7 minutes).

 

Peel the potatoes and onions, wash and cut into cubes.

 

Grate carrots coarsely and fry it together with onions in fat for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.

 

Add the potatoes to the pan with the already melted cheese, and pour the fried vegetables. Sprinkle with as many spices as you prefer and let the soup boil until the potatoes are ready.

 

Put the noodles for three minutes before removing the pan from the heat.
