How To Cook Profiteroles With Cream Cheese, Dill And Salmon - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Profiteroles with cream cheese, dill and salmon". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

For profiteroles:

  • 150 grams of butter
  • 200 milliliters of water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 grams of flour

For the filling:

  • 200 grams of salted or smoked salmon
  • 200 grams of cream cheese
  • 4-5 sprigs of dill

Method of preparation :

Put the butter in a saucepan, add salt, water and place the pan on the hob until the butter has melted. Once this is done, remove the mixture from the heat, add the flour and return to the hob. Stir the dough constantly. When it becomes homogeneous and begins to separate from the walls of the pan, remove from the heat. Then add the eggs one by one, stirring thoroughly after each.

Fill a pastry syringe with the dough and form profiteroles in a tray on a sheet of parchment. If you do not have a syringe, you can use an ordinary spoon.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until a golden crust forms on the surface (this will take about 20 minutes).

Cool to room temperature and start stuffing.

Mash the cream cheese together with the chopped dill. Mix with the chopped fish and stir.

Cut off the top of the profiteroles, fill them with the fish combination, close with the lids and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
