Required products :

500 milliliters of fresh milk

100 grams of sugar

2 teaspoons flour

6 eggs

100 grams of butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

Mix 1/2 cup of the flour, sugar and salt in a saucepan, add the milk and bring the mixture to the boil. Let it boil for 1 minute. Beat 2 of the eggs with a little water, mix everything and stir, wait for the mixture to boil. When this happens, remove from the heat and add the vanilla. Close the container with a lid and allow the contents to cool.

In another saucepan put the butter and water, bring to a boil and add the remaining flour. Remove from the heat and add the other 4 eggs.

Using a pastry syringe, form profiteroles, which you arrange on a tray lined with baking paper. Place in the oven for 25 minutes. When baked, allow to cool, cut in half, fill with custard and close again.

Drizzle with your favorite syrup.
