Required products :

1/2 old cake or pieces such
25 grams butter
2-3 eggs
1.5 - 2 teaspoons fresh milk
1-2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon - optional
1 teaspoon vanilla
sugar extract for sprinkling (preferably brown)

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 175 degrees.

Cut the cake into small pieces and place in a glass (or ceramic) baking dish.
Beat the eggs until lightly foamy, pour in the milk, add the sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Beat everything well.
Put pieces of butter on the cake and pour the milk-egg aroma mixture over it. Press the dough lightly with the fork to the bottom of the bowl.

 
Sprinkle generously with brown sugar and bake for about 45 minutes in a preheated oven.
The liquid will boil and a crispy caramel crust will form on the surface.

Serve the dessert with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or just eat it like this.
