This pudding, cooked in the microwave, is a great dessert for the whole family. The ingredients are for 4 servings , and cooking will cost you only 10 minutes .

 

Necessary products

  • 150 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 50 grams of grated almonds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 50 grams of prunes
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon self-swelling flour

 

Method of preparation

Put the milk, coffee and prunes in a blender and beat to get a smooth mixture. Add butter, sugar, egg, almonds, flour, cocoa. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Beat all the ingredients again until a thick dough is formed.

Distribute the mixture in 4 small containers suitable for microwave (you can also use cups). Turn them on for 6 minutes on medium heat until they swell and harden slightly. Allow to cool for 4-5 minutes before serving. You can put cream or sweet white cream. Enjoy!
