How To Cook Puff Pastry Pie With Bacon And Vegetables - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of ready-made puff pastry
  • 250 grams of yellow cheese
  • 250 grams of raw smoked bacon
  • 400 grams mix of frozen or fresh vegetables
  • 2 eggs
  • salt, oil, pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the bacon into cubes (you can replace it with your favorite sausage), fry in a pan without fat. Add the vegetables, salt and stew for a quarter of an hour.

Grate the yellow cheese, mix it with the raw eggs and combine with the vegetables and bacon.

Roll out the puff pastry, place it in a pan with the edges covering the sides of the bowl. Spread the filling and cover it with the pieces of dough left at the end.

Grease the surface with oil and bake the pie for half an hour in the oven at 180 degrees. Once it turns red, you can take it out and serve.
