Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of puff pastry
  • sugar for sprinkling
  • wooden skewers

 

Method of preparation:

 

Thaw and spread the dough. Sprinkle with sugar and wrap on both sides so that the two ends meet in the middle.

 

Fold them on top of each other and cut the resulting roll into equal parts.

 

Make half-cuts between each and spread the cut-outs lengthwise.

 

Pierce a wooden skewer into the thick dough, remove it and arrange in a parchment-lined tray.

 

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool the butterflies, stick the skewers in the perforated part, decorate and serve.
