Method of preparation :
Turn on the waffle maker to heat up.
Knead the kitchen counter and roll out the dough lightly. Cut it in half in half.
Roll out each half of the dough as wide as the waffle iron is, and the length should be doubled to make a "sandwich".
Spread the filling as desired on half of the waffles, leaving 1 cm board. Fold and press the ends with a fork.
Bake the waffles until ready.
