How To Cook Puff Pastry Waffles With Different Fillings - Recipe

Required products :

for waffles:

  • flour for rolling
  • puff pastry (about 500 grams)

for stuffing with almonds and jam:

  • 4 tablespoons almond tahini
  • 6 tablespoons jam of your choice
  • butter and maple syrup for serving

for the chocolate filling:

  • 120 grams of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallow candy
  • cream for serving

for the salty filling:

  • 1 1/3 tea cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • 180 grams of ham
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • butter

Method of preparation :

Turn on the waffle maker to heat up.

Knead the kitchen counter and roll out the dough lightly. Cut it in half in half.

Roll out each half of the dough as wide as the waffle iron is, and the length should be doubled to make a "sandwich".

Spread the filling as desired on half of the waffles, leaving 1 cm board. Fold and press the ends with a fork.

Bake the waffles until ready.
