Necessary products:
600 grams of flour (if necessary, add more)
300 milliliters of cold water
7 - 8 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon vinegar (6%)
pinch of salt
200 grams of cheese
100 grams of butter
Method of preparation:
Knead an elastic dough from the products (without cheese and butter): first dissolve the vinegar, salt and oil in water. Leave to "rest" in a warm place for 1 hour. Then divide it into 4 parts, roll lightly with a rolling pin, pour a little oil, spread on the dough by hand and continue rolling. Place the thin sheet you received on a tablecloth sprinkled with flour and carefully start pulling the dough out (pulling the edges).
Melt the butter, spread it lightly on the "pulled" sheet and sprinkle a thin layer of grated cheese on top. Roll the dough into a roll, using the tablecloth to catch the end of the sheet. Do the same with the other 3 parts of the dough. Roll the pie in a pan and place pieces of butter on top.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake until golden.
After removing from the oven, spray with cold water and cover with a towel.
