Required products :

  • 2 cans of 400 grams of condensed milk
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons pumpkin puree
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cold whipping cream

Method of preparation :

Put a rectangular cake pan in the freezer.

Mix the milk, pumpkin, salt and bourbon with cooking wire.

Whip the cream until fluffy and gradually add it to the pumpkin mixture, stirring with a spatula so as not to lose its volume.

Pour the ice cream into the cooled pan and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.
