Necessary products:

for the base:

  • 2 teaspoons almond flour
  • 150 grams of butter, salted
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar

for the filling:

  • 500 grams of natural cream cheese
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs at room temperature
  • 225 grams of pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • spray cream for decoration

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Prepare a rectangular tray and cover it with a sheet of parchment. In a bowl, mix the butter with the powdered sugar, stir and add the almond flour. Distribute the resulting mixture in the pan and smooth the surface.

Bake the base for 15 minutes and cool. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar, stir and add the eggs. Beat with a mixer on low speed until you get a fluffy cream. Spread half over the almond base and smooth.

Combine the rest with the pumpkin puree, cinnamon and ginger. Smooth with a spatula and bake the dessert for 40 minutes. Remove from oven, refrigerate and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Cut into pieces, arrange in plates, decorate with cream and serve.
