Necessary products:

20 g onion

20 g butter

20 g of oil

125 g roasted pumpkin

70 g animal cream

130 g chicken broth

3 g fresh ginger

10 g parmesan

salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add a little oil, add the finely chopped onion and fry until translucent. Pour the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the roasted pumpkin and ginger to it and bring to a boil again. Then add the cream and bring to the boil again until boiling.

Mash the finished soup until puree is obtained. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with a piece of parmesan! Bon Appetite!
