Necessary products:

300 grams of boiled pumpkin

120 grams of cream

3 eggs

70 grams of fructose + 1 tablespoon of caramel

Method of preparation:

For the preparation of this dessert it is best to use a non-stick cake tin, silicone molds or ceramic bowls. If you have a metal dish, it is most convenient to make caramel on the stove. To do this, put 1 tablespoon of fructose on the bottom, put on high heat and when it caramelizes, remove from heat. If you make the dessert in silicone or ceramic molds, make the caramel in the microwave - put the bowl with fructose in it for 2-3 minutes at maximum power. Spread the caramel on the walls of the bowl, turning it over.

Mix the pumpkin, cream and fructose, stir to obtain a puree with a uniform consistency, add the eggs and beat (it does not need to be vigorous). Fill the mold with caramel with this combination, cover with foil or a suitable lid of the same size. Place the bowl in a bowl of water and place in the oven until done. You can use a multicooker if you have one. When the dessert is ready, put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, preferably overnight.

Enjoy your meal!
