Required products :

400 grams of pumpkin
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon starch a
pinch of cinnamon
50 grams of dark chocolate
50 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 35%

 

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, cut it into large pieces and cook until soft (or steamed) for about 10-12 minutes.
When cool, grind to a puree.

Mix the flour with the starch, pour 1.5 tablespoons of water and stir. Add to the pumpkin puree, add the powdered sugar, honey, egg yolk and cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly.

Transfer the resulting mixture to the steamer pan, pre-lined with baking paper. Let the dessert cook for 7-10 minutes and allow to cool.

Pour the cream into a suitable container and place on the hob. Once the liquid boils, add the broken pieces of chocolate and stir until melted and a uniform consistency.

Distribute the pumpkin and cream-chocolate mixtures, alternating them, in transparent dessert bowls. This way you will enjoy not only delicious, but also interesting looking dessert.
