Required products :

for the dough:

  • 2 1/4 teaspoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 12 teaspoons cold butter, cut into cubes
  • 6 tablespoons cold water

for the stuffing:

  • 1/3 tea cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and cinnamon extract
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon water

Method of preparation :

Put the flour, salt and sugar in a food processor. With a few pulsations of the appliance, mix the dry ingredients. Add the butter and again with pulsations grind it to get crumbs. Add the water and again make 4-5 pulsations, each lasting about 3-4 seconds.

Add more water if necessary to form a firm dough.

Cover the dough with foil and refrigerate for 45 minutes.

Combine brown sugar, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, egg yolk, pumpkin and condensed milk in a bowl.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 millimeters and cut out the desired shapes. On the lower molds, which will serve as a base, lightly smear the edges with water. Put the stuffing and close with the other mold. Press the ends with a fork and put in the freezer for 1 hour.

Brush the molds with beaten egg mixed with a little water and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
