Required products :
300 grams of peeled pumpkin
120 grams of sugar
100 grams of dark chocolate
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Method of preparation :
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, wash them and drain the water with a colander. Pour them into a saucepan, cover with sugar and leave for 2-3 hours, then cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes.
Once you remove the pan from the heat, mash the pumpkin and add the cinnamon and broken chocolate pieces.
Return the pan to the hob and cook for another 20 minutes, the chocolate should melt completely.
It remains to distribute the finished jam in sterilized jars and close.
