How To Cook Pumpkin Jam With Honey, Lemons And Orange - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Pumpkin jam with honey, lemons and orange". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 lemons, well washed and cut into thin slices
  • 1 orange, well washed and cut into thin slices
  • 3 teaspoons water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 small pumpkin, peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut into cubes

Method of preparation :

  • Heat the citrus slices and water in a saucepan over high heat.
  • Once the mixture boils, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Add honey and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Add the pumpkin and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce heat and allow the jam to thicken over low heat.
  • Carefully distribute in clean and dry glass jars, close tightly and turn upside down.
  • Store pumpkin jam in a dark and cool place, and after opening the jar - in the refrigerator.
