Necessary products
For the dough:
3 eggs
100 grams sugar
100 grams pumpkin puree
120 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of cinnamon
For the stuffing:
200 grams of cottage cheese (pre-passed through a sieve)
100 grams of sour cream
100 grams of sugar
For decoration:
whipped cream
powdered sugar
Method of preparation :
Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Carefully add the pumpkin puree and the flour sifted with cinnamon and baking powder.
Mix and spread the dough in a pan, the bottom of which you have covered with greased parchment. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Turn the finished tray over on a towel and roll it up with its help.
While the base is cooling, work with the filling.
Beat the curd with the sour cream and sugar until smooth.
Roll out the marsh, apply the cream on its surface and make a roll again.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or garnish with whipped cream.
