The purple potato bites with caviar and cream fry have attractive beautiful colors and a pleasant aroma. Ideal appetizer for a festive dinner or cocktail.

Boil salted water in a large saucepan and put the unpeeled potatoes, then reduce the temperature and cook until soft for about 20-25 minutes. Drain and allow to cool before peeling.
Mix in a bowl creamy frayche with garlic, dill, horseradish, salt and pepper.
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. On top of each potato put the mixture of cream fry and 1/2 teaspoon of black caviar. Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and dill, season with pepper and salt and serve.
