Necessary products:

 

  • 1-2 stalks of fresh onions
  • 2-3 tablespoons sweet corn
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 50 grams of finely chopped red pepper
  • 50 grams of finely chopped green pepper
  • 6 wholemeal tortilla cakes
  • 300 grams of boiled or roasted chicken
  • 150-200 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • olive oil, salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation:


In a saucepan pour and heat olive oil, add chopped onions, tomatoes and peppers. Season with salt and pepper, add the chicken and corn. Stir and let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Fold the loaves in half, spread the filling on them, sprinkle with yellow cheese and fold again. Bake them in a pan on both sides until golden brown. Serve warm with a sauce of your choice.
